Who is a massage suitable for?
Massage is for everyone. However, it is good to know that sometimes it is better for your body not to have a massage, for example if you have a fever or the flu. Please consult your doctor if you are taking medication, are under the care of a doctor or specialist, or have skin infections. If you have any doubts, please contact me!
Can I just walk in for a massage?
No, I work exclusively by appointment. You can make appointments via the booking page or via WhatsApp: 06-83860694
How long does a massage last?
Depending on your wishes or complaints, a treatment can last 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
How often can I get a massage?
As often as you feel necessary. I recommend booking a massage regularly. Once a month is ideal for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you have complaints, you can come more often, and this depends on the specific complaint.
What do I keep on and what do I take off?
Depending on the area to be treated, you may undress. (Always keep your underwear on). You can remove jewelry so that I don't get caught on anything and you don't hurt yourself. I massage the skin with almond oil, so it is helpful to take off as much as possible. Of course, always only to the extent that you feel comfortable.
Are these massages covered by health insurance?
My massages are not reimbursed by health insurance.
Can I give a massage as a gift?
Of course, great idea! I have gift cards for this for any amount. Just get in touch or bring a gift card with you after your massage. I also accept cards from massagebon.nl.
Is there a waiting room?
Unfortunately, there is no waiting room available. I also request that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.
Can I come to you for an erotic massage?
NO. Requests to this effect are also not appreciated.
Does massage or Reiki help with chronic diseases?
Massage can provide pain relief for many ailments. However, I always recommend consulting a doctor for serious complaints.
This is my first massage, what should I keep in mind?
You don't need to bring anything. We will do a short intake together before the massage takes place, where you can ask any questions and we will go through your wishes.
